충남문화재단이 주관하는 CN갤러리의 첫 번째 단체전 ‘개관기념전Ⅱ '상리공생展 : 1월, 1인, 1호, 1점’이 오는 2월 15일까지 전시를 진행한다.

이번 전시는 CN갤러리의 두 번째 개관기념전으로 ‘상리공생: 1월, 1인, 1호, 1점’을 주제로 서울 종로구 소격동에 위치한 CN갤러리에서 개최되며, 충남의 시각 예술인 150명이 참여하는 첫 대형 단체전이다.

전시는‘아티스트의 리빙룸’을 컨셉으로 참여한 작가들의 작품이 갤러리 곳곳에 전시되어 방문자들이 편안하게 작품을 관람할 수 있도록 구성하였으며, 전시장 2층에는‘1호 공작소’라는 프로그램을 운영하여 관람객이 직접 1호 크기의 작품을 만들어 보며 예술적 에너지를 충전할 수 있도록 구성했다.

충남문화재단의 김현식 대표이사는 “CN갤러리는 충남 예술인분들의 사랑방이자, 충남 예술인들의 공간으로 누구나 이용할 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요하다”라며, “앞으로 CN갤러리는 U.F.O. U(Unique), F(Famous), O(Our)로 특별하고, 유명한 우리 충남의 갤러리로 나아가며, 재단은 단순 전시공간에서 나아가 다양한 네트워크 및 충남예술인의 중앙 거점 조성을 위해 최선을 다 할 예정”이라고 말했다.

The first group exhibition at CN Gallery, hosted by the Chungnam Cultural Foundation, titled Opening Exhibition II: Mutual Coexistence – January, One Artist, One Canvas, One Work, will be on view until February 15.

This exhibition marks CN Gallery’s second opening celebration and is being held under the theme Mutual Coexistence: January, One Artist, One Canvas, One Work at CN Gallery, located in Sogyeok-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. It is the first large-scale group exhibition featuring 150 visual artists from the Chungcheongnam-do region.

Curated under the concept of The Artist’s Living Room, the gallery is arranged in a way that allows visitors to comfortably engage with the works displayed throughout the space. On the second floor, a participatory program titled Canvas No.1 Studio is being offered, where visitors can create their own artwork in the size of a No.1 canvas, providing an opportunity to recharge with creative energy.

Kim Hyun-sik, Director of the Chungnam Cultural Foundation, stated, “It is important for CN Gallery to serve as a shared space for Chungnam artists, a place like a community living room open to everyone.” He added, “Moving forward, CN Gallery will grow into a U.F.O.—Unique, Famous, Our—becoming a special and renowned gallery representing Chungnam. The foundation is committed to supporting this vision by building not only a gallery but also a central hub and network for artists from the region.”
